Jim Carrey has snagged himself a “Top Model” wannabe. The funnyman, who has split from longtime girlfriend Jenny McCarthy last year, has been seen holding hands with Anchal Joseph, an “America’s Next Top Model” cycle 7 contestant who is 25 years his junior. 49-year-old Carrey and Joseph were spotted leaving the Broadway show “Time Stands Still” together in New York Wednesday night. This is the first time Carrey has been seen with another woman since his split from McCarthy in April. Joseph is familiar to “ANTM” fans. She competed at the Tyra Banks-led show during the seventh season, but she was eliminated during the seventh week. And at only 24, she is just one year older than Carrey’s daughter Jane Erin. Meanwhile, McCarthy has also found a new love. She’s dating Paul Krepelka, a Boston sports agent she met on a blind date.
Zac Efron was obsessed with Tyra Banks when he was a teenager. The handsome actor – who is in a long-term relationship with his ‘High School Musical’ co-star Vanessa Hudgens – used to have such a big crush on the model-turned-TV star he would spend hours just staring at a poster of her he had stuck to his ceiling. He explained to our source: “When I was younger I used to lie on my bed and look up at a poster of Tyra Banks on my ceiling. She was in the Victoria’s Secret catalogues that my mom used to get and I thought she was the most gorgeous thing in the world. “I love girls with dark features, but when I went to Sweden I saw the most incredible natural blondes that I’ve ever seen.” The 22-year-old Hollywood hunk also revealed he likes to try and be romantic with Vanessa, 21, and enjoys cooking for her even though he isn’t great in the kitchen. He said: “I’m improvisational when it comes to romance. I’m not a gifted chef but I made lasagne a couple of nights ago and it was good! I like to go out for dinner or to the movies as well.”
Gisele Bundchen Does Damage Control For Breastfeeding Comments. After having sparked outrage for her comments that breastfeeding should be made into a worldwide law, Gisele Bundchen is now backtracking on her statement. The world’s highest paid supermodel says she was simply being misunderstood when she suggested that every mother should breastfeed their child, or face a penalty. The Brazilian beauty wrote on her blog, “My intention in making a comment about the important of breastfeeding has nothing to do with the law.” “Becoming a new mom has brought a lot of questions, I feel like I am in a constant search for answers on what might be the best for my child.” The Victoria Secret model further says she regrets that her statement sounded so “black and white.” Bundchen’s controversial remarks were taken from her interview with the U.K.’s Harper’s Bazaar September issue. She adds: “I am sure if I would just be sitting talking about my experiences with other mothers, we would just be sharing opinions. I understand that everyone has their own experience and opinions and I am not here to judge.” Bundchen has a seven-month-old son, Benjamin, with NFL star Tom Brady.
Supermodel Gisele Bundchen Says Breastfeeding Should Be Made A Law. Supermodel Gisele Bundchen loved breastfeeding her infant son so much, she is now suggesting that it should be made into a law for mothers to do the same for at least the first six months of the child’s life. The Victoria Secret model recently told Harper’s Bazaar magazine: “I think breastfeeding really helped (me keep my figure). Some people (here in the U.S.) think they don’t have to breastfeed, and I think ‘Are you going to give chemical food to your child when they are so little?’” “I think there should be a worldwide law, in my opinion, that mothers should breastfeed their babies for six months,” Bundchen adds. The catwalk star has a son, Benjamin Rein, with NFL player Tom Brady. Bundchen has also previously claimed that her eight hour labor was “painless” and made pancakes for breakfast the day after her son was born. The leggy Brazilian’s controversial statement has mothers from around the world up in arms for her comments. Although there are women who choose not to breastfeed their children, there are mothers that are unable to nurse their newborns for medical reasons as well. These women feel that Bundchen’s suggestion to make breastfeeding a law as unfair while others simply see it as the supermodel expressing her opinion.
Andy Roddick’s wife cried over her first ever Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue cover. Brooklyn Decker says landing the coveted photoshoot is the “equivalent of a model winning the MVP or the Super Bowl.” After making her SI Swimsuit debut in 2006, the 22-year-old North Carolina native finally nabbed the cover spot this year. She told Today show on Monday, “I burst into tears like a child. It’s really exciting. It’s just now hitting me, so I am really happy.” Decker said she was just as surprised as everyone else. She did not learn that she landed the cover spot until Monday, when she thought she was just going to a casting call. She now joins a long list of supermodels and celebrities who have graced the SI cover over the years, such as Tyra Banks, Bar Refaeli, Rachel Hunter, Rebecca Romijn, Elle Macpherson, Christie Brinkley, and Marisa Miller. Rather than mourn Michael Jackson’s death, the celebrities who took to the stage at the 2009 BET awards celebrated the memory of the King of Pop with pumped-up performances, heartfelt words and a surprise appearance by the star’s own sister Janet Jackson. The Shrine Auditorium ceremony kicked off with a tribute to young Michael, as ’80′s idols New Edition dressed up in funky ’70s-era clothes to sing the Jackson 5′s “ABC” and “The Love You Save.” Host Jamie Foxx emerged wearing an outfit reminiscent of Michael Jackson’s famous “Beat It” gear: red leather jacket, cropped black pants, high white socks and black loafers. The Oscar winner then performed a dance sequence from Jackson’s video, moonwalking (and stumbling) across the stage to honor the pop superstar. “We are here for the greatest. There’s no need to be sad,” said Foxx to a star-studded audience that included Diddy, Tyra Banks and Lil Wayne. Other notable performances included Beyoncé’s costume-changing medley of “Ave Maria” and Sarah McLachlan’s “Angel,” Ciara’s take on Jackson’s “Heal the World” and Queen Latifah’s duet with Mary Mary on the gospel duo’s “God in Me.” And in keeping with the night’s positive vibe, Alicia Keys and Wyclef Jean both received humanitarian awards for their charitable works. Tributes to the late star continued throughout the night, and father Joe Jackson shed a tear in the audience after Ne-Yo’s performance of the King of Pop’s “Lady in My Life.” (Jackson protégé Usher told he had hoped to make the ceremony but couldn’t get back from overseas in time; I look forward to seeing the show and I plan to work on a tribute to Michael Jackson when I return,” he said.) As the awards came to an end, Janet Jackson surprised the crowd by taking the stage to give thanks to fans for their support in the wake of her brother’s death. “My entire family wanted to be here tonight, but it was just too painful, so they elected me to be here,” Janet Jackson said. “I’d just like to say, to you, Michael is an icon, to us, Michael is family. And he will forever live in all of our hearts. On behalf of my family and myself, thank you for all of your love, thank you for all of your support. We miss him so much.” After she left the stage, Foxx and Ne-Yo closed the show with the Jackson 5′s “I’ll Be There.” Here’s the complete list of winners from the 2009 BET Awards:

The tabloids have long pitted Brad Pitt’s ex-wife Jennifer Aniston against his current lover Angelina Jolie, with everything from their fashion sense to their eating habits up for comparison and debate. But when it comes to a tangible measure of Hollywood success — money — the glossies steer clear. And on that score, Jolie’s the winner — by US$2 million. Thanks to successful box office runs for “Wanted” and “Kung Fu Panda” as well as her upcoming CIA thriller “Salt,” Jolie raked in an estimated $27 million over the last year. (The impressive haul coupled with her media ubiquity catapulted her to the top of Forbes’ Celebrity 100 list.) Depth: As for Aniston, this year’s hits “Marley & Me” and “He’s Just Not That Into Continue reading →
Adriana Sklenarikova was born on September 17, 1971 in Brezno, Slovakia. She grew up in a financially strapped country, and coming to a new world of fashion was a big change for her. As she says: “I’ve changed my life from black to white. There was nothing like fashion in Slovakia. I would like to keep working in this amazing world after the ending of my modeling career. I appreciate the proposal of the Italian movie director Carlo Vanzina for making a movie, but I think that was too involving for me, I’m too busy now. I also think that a model should not diversify too much her objectives.” With her incredible beauty and 6’0″ frame, she was instantly snatched up by Next modeling agency in New York, and Elite Modeling in Milan. Though her big break came after being chosen as the new Wonder Bra girl, Adriana has been in plenty of advertisement campaigns. The companies she has represented include Argentovivo, Byron Lars, Laura Biagiotti, Levante Hosiery, List, Love Sex Money, Onyx Jeans, Peroni Beer, Red Point, and Roberto Cavalli. It was her campaign for Peroni Beer that really launched her career, and helped pave the road for her current success, by highlighting her as the ultimate beer woman. Adriana has just signed a two-year contract with Wonder Bra, and is now part of the exclusive Victoria’s Secret modeling team, a move that has spelled considerable success for other major super models such as Tyra Banks, and Daniela Pestova.
Adriana is now happily living in Madrid, with her soccer player husband Christian Karembeu. The marriage was a big event in Spain in December of 1998, since Adriana is one of the best known models in Europe, and her husband is the star of one of the country’s leading soccer teams.
Brady Green turned up at television studios from coast to coast in search of Tyra Banks and said he and the supermodel “had a thing together.” Now he may indeed see her — in a courtroom. Green, of Dublin, Ga., is scheduled to go on trial Friday on charges of stalking and harassing the television talk-show host beginning in January 2008. He was arrested March 18, 2008, after he tried to see her at the Manhattan building where “The Tyra Banks Show” is taped. “I know her. She knows me. We’re good friends,” he told police then, according to court documents. He said he had come by bus to see her. “We had a thing together,” Green told police. “I sent her flowers. I sent her cards. Should I plead no contest? I’ve got satellites watching me and recording us.” Green has pleaded not guilty to stalking, criminal trespass and harassment. He has rejected several non-jail plea deals offered by prosecutors. Manhattan Criminal Court Judge James Burke scheduled Green’s trial after ruling Thursday that most of Green’s statements to police could be used as evidence. A criminal complaint filed when Green was arrested said building custodian Edward Troiano told police the defendant also had appeared at Banks’ Los Angeles studio multiple times and asked to speak to her. Troiano said Green had sent letters and flowers to Banks there and had tried to reach her there by telephone at least five times, the complaint said. Banks, a former Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue cover model, told police Green’s actions made her fear she was in danger, the complaint said. She is expected to testify at his trial. A judge released Green after his arrest and warned him to leave Banks alone or face going to jail. Green, 38, faces up to 90 days in jail if convicted of fourth-degree stalking.
