Sometimes photographers seem to go too far to get a celebrity’s picture. Tori Spelling learned this the hard way on Monday.
The television star and pregnant mother went to a check-up with her doctor immediately following a car accident caused by a photographer.
To add insult to injury, the unrelenting photographer got out of his car to take pictures of Spelling after she crashed.
Spelling tweeted shortly after the crash. “Paparazzi chased me w/the kids 2school. I was trying to get away from him and had a pretty big accident… 10 school moms chased him away.”
She went on to voice her frustration with paparazzi. She wrote, “Wht will it take? Someone dying for paparazzi to stop? Going to dr now to check on baby. I think its just shock.”
The outcome of the doctor’s visit is not yet known.

The 43-year-old reality TV star was dirt bike riding with friends on Tuesday when he crashed. He was bleeding heavily from his right side with a punctured wound. He was rushed to the ICU at a Los Angeles hospital. Tori said that her husband is expecting to make a full recovery. She told People, “He’s in a lot of pain. He’s taking this as a sign and realizing family is too important to risk his life.” It seems that Dean is well enough to assure fans that he will be fine. He was able to write on Twitter about his condition. He said: “Thanks for the well wishes. A collapsed lung is no fun, and is a lengthy heal. Feeling pretty bad today. Day 2 is always the worst.” This isn’t the first time that he had a bike accident. Earlier this year, he fractured his shoulder while riding a motorcycle.
Our favorite late night girl graces the cover of the new Playboy looking smokin!! But unlike many other cover models, Chelsea Handler immediately fessed up to getting airbrushed for the shoot. Chelsea appeared as a guest on Jay Leno last night, and that was all Jay wanted to discuss! He asked her about the shoot, making sure she wasn’t going give a us a pikachu shot in her spread. Chelsea began her show biz career as a comedienne. She was quickly playing comedy clubs nationwide and soon landed on television, as a featured player on the Candid Camera-style show Girls Behaving Badly and a guest actress on The Bernie Mac Show and The Practice. Here biggest (basic cable) break came when she starred in the eponymous The Chelsea Handler Show on the E! channel. The skit comedy program, similar to Comedy Central’s defunct – but classic – Chappelle’s Show and TBS’s Frank TV, was a cult favorite and would eventually be replaced with Chelsea Lately.
Becoming a Talk Show Host:
Chelsea has taken to the job of talk show host surprising well. Her self-deprecating style plays well to the late night format – one might consider her a latter day David Letterman. And her show is unique, in that it combines the roundtable format of a show like Politically Incorrect and the standard across-the-desk celebrity interview. Guests – often B-listers and E! celebrities promoting their reality programs – have an affinity for Chelsea, and it shows.
What the Future Holds:
Chelsea is in line to star in a new ABC series titled In the Motherhood with Megan Mullally and Cheryl Hines. The series is spun off the online-only program, which stars Chelsea, Leah (King of Queens) Remini and Jenny McCarthy. The show is touted as “about moms, by moms and for moms”. The series focuses on three mothers whose exploits are based on real-life stories from moms across the country. And Just for Fun: •Chelsea is a New York Times bestselling author, having written the tomes My Horizontal Life: A Collection of One-Night Stands and Are You There, Vodka? It’s Me, Chelsea.
•Was the “one episode only” host of the quickly cancelled On the Lot, a reality program from Steven Spielberg and Mark Burnett.
•Chelsea Lately is set to run into 2009.
•Claims she was asked to be a contestant on Dancing with the Stars, but declined.
•Has running feuds with actresses Tori Spelling and Caroline Rhea.
