Rihanna And Drake Hit #1 On Billboard Hot 100 With "What's My Name?"

Rihanna And Drake Hit #1 On Billboard Hot 100 With “What’s My Name?” Rihanna earns her eighth #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 this week when her latest single, “What’s My Name?,” skyrockets from #60 last week to #1. “What’s My Name?,” the second single from her upcoming album “Loud,” is her third #1 single this year, after “Rude Boy” and “Love the Way You Lie” with Eminem. “What’s My Name?” sold 235,000 digital singles this week, earning #1 on the Hot Digital Songs chart as well. Rihanna also scored #1 hits with “SOS,” “Umbrella” featuring Jay-Z, “Take a Bow,” “Disturbia,” and “Live Your Life” with T.I. Drake earns his first #1 on the Hot 100 with the single as well.  Spots #2-#4 this week remain unmoved, with Far East Movement holding the runner-up spot for another week with “Like a G6,” featuring Cataracs and Dev, selling another 168,000 copies. Bruno Mars remains at #3 with “Just the Way You Are,” while Rihanna holds her second entry in the top 5, “Only Girl (In the World)” at #4 for another week. Last week’s #1, Ke$ha’s “We R Who We R,” dips to #5, selling 220,000 digital singles this week. Nelly’s “Just a Dream” is down to #6 this week, while Pink moves up three spots to #7 with “Raise Your Glass,” selling 160,000 copies. Trey Songz and Nicki Minaj are down one this week to #8 with “Bottoms Up,” while Usher and Pitbull drop down three spots this week with their hit, “DJ Got Us Fallin’ In Love.”  Katy Perry’s “Teenage Dream” drops out of the top 10 this week to make room for Perry’s latest single, “Firework.” The single makes its first appearance in the top 10, moving up all the way from #29 to #10. Lady GaGa tops all-time singles download chart

LadyGaGa-PokerFaceLady GaGa has come out on top of a one-off chart covering the first five years of the UK Official Downloads Chart . ‘Poker Face’ is the most downloaded single in the history of the Official Charts Company run-down, clocking up some 779,000 sales.  Another of the singer’s tracks, ‘Just Dance’, came third in the list, with Kings Of Leon’s ‘Sex On Fire’ sandwiched between the two.  Lady GaGa thanked her “little monsters” for putting her track at the summit of the chart. “I Continue reading →
