Club Demands Kardashian Sisters To Return $25,000 Fee

Club Demands Kardashian Sisters To Return $25,000 Fee.   The Kardashian sisters are being asked to return their fee for staying less than the required hours at a club. Kim, Khloe and Kourtney were at Pacha in New York for the launch of their new prepaid MasterCard on Tuesday night, but club bosses are demanding that they return their $25,000 fee. According to Page Six, the club paid MasterCard for the reality show trio to grace its red carpet for three hours as per their contract, but they “stayed for just 45 minutes then left.” The furious organizers called them and demanded that they come back. And when the sisters came back, they only stayed for another hour. A Pacha rep told the trade, “We are extremely disappointed. They did not fill out their contractual obligations to be there for three hours. We also paid Khloe’s travel fees. We would like a refund.” The debit card, which bears the “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” stars’ facs, costs members $99.95 a year, which could earn the girls millions if their fans sign up. Their rep told Page Six, “The girls did all the press and meet-and-greets they were obligated to do. There was a miscommunication between the club and MasterCard that was not relayed to us, and so we went back.”

MTV Cancels Reality Show “The City”.   It looks like Whitney Port is out of a job. The former “The Hills” reality star who made waves with her spin-off in “The City,” has been canceled by MTV. A spokesperson for the Music channel says: “’The City’ will not be returning to MTV for season three.” “Whitney has been a part of our family for many years and we wish her and the cast the best, and hope to collaborate with them again.” The announcement doesn’t come as a surprise for Port, as she herself hinted that the show would end during an interview with Ryan Seacrest on his radio show. “As of right now it doesn’t really look like we’re doing it anymore,” she said. “The City” followed Port as she moved from the west coast to New York City in pursuit of a fashion career while in the big city. This doesn’t look like it’s the end of Port’s career in the fashion world, though. She told Seacrest, “It’s OK – one door closes and another opens,” adding that she has several new projects lined up for the future as well

It’s going to be a fascinating journey.” Appearing in the new show are Paris’ friends Brooke Mueller, Charlie Sheen’s wife; Jennifer Rovero, a Playboy model who dated Fred Durst and who works full-time as Paris’ photographer; Allison Melnick, a major player in Los Angeles’ nightlife scene; and Kathy Hilton, Paris’ mom and the voice of reason who always tells her the truth. Brad Womack Returns As “The Bachelor”

Brad Womack Returns As “The Bachelor” The indecisive Brad Womack is “The Bachelor” again. After breaking the final two bachelorettes’ hearts in the 11th season of the ABC reality show in 2007, the 37-year-old Austin bar owner will be breaking more hearts this coming season 15. Womack, once considered by many as the “most hated” bachelor in the series’ history, is now ready to reject another round of beautiful women. According to the alphabet network, he spent the “better part of the last three years going through a radical personal transformation” after the show’s finale night. But now, he is “really ready – healthier both in body and mind – to make a genuine commitment to a relationship.”  The returning bachelor shocked viewers and created a media firestorm when he rejected both Jenni Croft and DeAnna Pappas in the finale in November 2007. He claimed that the loneliest day of his life was the day after that episode was taped as he knew he wasted an opportunity. Although he has dated in the last three years, he hasn’t had a serious relationship. The 15th season of “The Bachelor” returns January.

My Life as Liz Season 2!

My Life as Liz Season 2!

My Life as Liz Season 2!

Is there a My Life as Liz Season 2? Will a My Life as Liz Season 2 air, was it fake, and was the finale tonight … the series finale or just season finale?  My Life as Liz’s finale aired this evening on MTV. It’s leaving many questions unanswered. And if the net is any indication, the answers may not be good.  Tonight’s finale “The End of the Beginning” featured Liz considering moving to New York. Tonight was episode 9 of 9 for season 1 and got deemed the finale. But is it the season finale or series finale?  IMDB, Wikipedia and MTV do not list a season 2. IMDB generally lists upcoming seasons in production. No such season 2 in production is listed for My Life as Liz. So by all indications, tonight is the series finale. There is no season 2. And is My Life as Liz fake?  IMDB lists the show as a “comedy”, not as a reality show, and says it is a “A pseudo-mockumentary focusing on sardonic 18 year old Liz Lee and her attempts to deal with life in her Texas town.”   Insiders say it was never completely real. Just people playing themselves in situations that were staged. So is it completely real? No. Completely fake? No. MTV reportedly said of the show that “We don’t look at it as just a reality show — that doesn’t capture it. We weren’t going to call it a sitcom, because it’s not.”

A Shot at Daisy of Love Love Reality Television

Daisy of LoveJust say the words Reality Television and you’re likely to illicit two widely different responses. It seems Americans fall into only two camps when it comes to Reality TV. They either crave it like a satellite beamed drug they can’t get enough of, or the mere thought of wasting time watching the equivalent of video garbage with no redeeming social value makes them physically ill. Luckily for TV execs the addicts are winning.  With a new slew of reality programming on the docket every season there seems to be no end, and definitely no method to the madness. From game shows, to voyeur shows, to celebrity shows, to talent shows; reality is a genre that is here to stay. And who can blame the networks? A reality show costs about one third the price per episode of a scripted show. And there seems to be a never ending supply of “real” people eager to be chosen to cash in on their 15 minutes of fame.            However, sometimes 15 minutes just Continue reading →
