Top 10 Celebrities You Love to Hate for 2010. Celebrity It’s “Tik Tok” on the clock for most of the stars who were voted onto the list of the Top 10 Celebrities You Love to Hate for 2010. You are calling for the end of most of their 15 minutes of fame, with many voters even noted they didn’t love to hate them, they just do. You can’t win ‘em all, so after hundreds of votes, here’s the list of the Top 10 Celebrities You Love to Hate for 2010.
Top 10 Celebrities You Love to Hate for 2010
10. Kristen Stewart
The “Twilight” star stole the heart of Taylor Lautner on-screen and Robert Pattinson both on-and-off screen, which is enough to hate any girl. But it’s usually her stuttering, tic-filled acting that gets under people’s skin.
9. Heidi Montag
Ten plastic surgeries and plenty of financial woes later, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt’s 15 minutes are definitely up. The first four episodes of the final season of “The Hills” with their presence after Pratt threatened to kill a producer, showing just how out of touch with reality and reality television they are.
8. Miley Cyrus
The hot pants-wearing, bong-smoking Miley Cyrus isn’t the girl we all fell in love with, leading many to think maybe she should be tamed.
7. Mel Gibson
Should have been George Cloony.
Apparently Mel Gibson’s racist, misogynist, hate-filled recordings were somehow less offensive than Ke$ha’s music.
5. Kate Gosselin
Well, somebody’s buying the tabloids with her on the cover. Between her stints on “Dancing with the Stars,” the now Jon-less “Kate Plus 8” and every other media she tries to infiltrate, people would be much happier if everything was minus Kate.
4. The Palins
Apparently TLC isn’t getting the memo, offering the Palins their own reality series (they also air “Kate Plus 8”). After Bristol’s “Dancing with the Stars” stint caused death threats, Willow made news for homophobic comments on Facebook, and Sarah’s laughable Palinisms, they’ve pretty much ensured they won’t be the First Family of anything.
3. Lady Gaga
Somewhere between soaking her performances in blood and wearing that meat dress, Gaga turned off just about everyone who’s not a self-proclaimed “little monster.” She’ll get a chance at redemption next year when she’s born again as an artist with her new album “Born This Way.”
2. Perez Hilton
How Perez Hilton manages to maintain his position as one of Hollywood’s Most Hated is beyond us, but it’s a testament to his mass un-appeal. After promising Ellen DeGeneres to stop bullying this year, let’s see how people take to the softer side of Perez.
1. The Kardashians
The First Family of reality television has built an empire based on nothing. Besides hit show after hit show on E!, Kim, Kourtney and Khloe have been busy branding their names on everything from diet pills to a failed credit card. Kim even recently added an appearance to open new bathrooms near Times Square as part of her media tour. Our readers find the Kardashians overexposed, overpaid, and overdone, and they’re the #1 celebrities they love to hate for 2010. Are we all just jealous? There may be that, too.

Paris Hilton Calls Police On Knife-Wielding Man. Paris Hilton has called the police Tuesday morning and claimed a knife-wielding man tried to break into her Los Angeles house. The heiress reported the incident and posted a photo of cops at her home on Twitter. She wrote: “So Scary, just got woken up to a guy trying to break into my house holding 2 big knifes . Cops are here arresting him.” Hilton told police that the man was banging on the windows of her home, though he never actually entered the place. Law enforcement officials told our source that a man in his 40s was arrested at her home around 6:30 a.m. He was taken to a local jail. Sources said Hilton saw the man on her security cameras and called the cops ASAP. The man was considered “armed and dangerous.” It’s still unclear if the man had targeted her or if it was a random incident.
While Paris Hilton has gotten more press lately for her usual partying or being caught with illegal substances than any of her business or entertainment ventures, the 29-year-old heiress is working on her musical comeback. She’s set to release to her second album, the follow-up to 2006’s “Paris,” which yielded the moderate hit “Stars Are Blind.” While her first album experimented with pop and hip-hop, Hilton has said that the new album is inspired by Kylie Minogue’s electronic sound. “I really have always loved Kylie Minogue – She’s, like, one of my favorite artists,” Paris told our source. “I’ve just been really inspired by her. I just wanted my music to kind of emulate her.” Hilton is filming the music video for an un-named track off her album, expected to be her first single. She’s filming it all the way in Ibiza, international capital of the dance music scene. “On the set of the music video shoot,” Paris tweeted. “What an incredible house we’re shooting at and the weather is just beautiful! I love Ibiza!” Hilton has wrapped up recording on her sophomore effort. It’s expected to be released later this year, likely under her own Heiress Records label.
Paris Hilton Detained In Corsica For Carrying Cannabis. It looks like the heiress wants to have a good time, no matter where she is. Not learning her lesson already after she got caught smoking cannabis at the World Cup earlier this month, Paris Hilton was once again detained on the French island of Corsica for having cannabis in her handbag. Local Police discovered less than a gram of cannabis in her bag, and released Hilton shortly after she was detained. The American socialite was traveling on a private jet “with people close to power in Malaysia.” She was on her way to Sardinia, Italy. This is the second time Hilton has been arrested this month for possession of cannabis. The 29-year-old was caught smoking in Port Elizabeth, South Africa while attending a World Cup match and was shortly released after being detained as well. No stranger to the tabloid press, Hilton has kept a rather low profile in the past year before her double international arrests. Tip for Paris; “Move to Amsterdam”.
Kim Cattrall Distances Herself From Her “Sex And The City” Character. Kim Cattrall wants the world to know that she is no Samantha Jones, or at least in the bedroom. The actress, who portrays the man hungry sex addict in “Sex and The City” refutes the idea that she brought in her own personal experiences to shape her onscreen alter ego. According to gossip blogger Perez Hilton, the blonde bombshell says: “Most of my life hasn’t been very fulfilling sexually. At one point in my mid-30s, I thought: ‘Maybe I’m just not a very sexual woman. I play women who are sexually aware but maybe I’m not going to be particularly active.’” Although the actress has been married three times and has written a book about sex, she says having a stable relationship is what she desires most. Cattrall explains: “I’m a serial monogamist, not shy but it takes a lot for me to initiate anything. My preference is a cleanshaven man who smells fresh and clean.” The second “Sex and the City” movie, which stars Cattrall alongside Sarah Jessica Parker, Kristen Davis, and Cynthia Nixon, hits theaters later this month.
Prince crashes into the gay marriage debate. First, Elton John raised questions about the fight for gay marriage. Now, Prince has entered the gay marriage debate. In the New Yorker, Prince is quoted as by writer Claire Hoffman as sounds perhaps less than supportive of gay marriage: Recently, Prince hosted an executive who works for Philip Anschutz, the Christian businessman whose company owns the Staples Center. “We started talking red and blue,” Prince said. “People with money — money like that — are not affected by the stock market, and they’re not freaking out over anything. They’re just watching. So here’s how it is: you’ve got the Republicans, and basically they want to live according to this.” He pointed to a Bible. “But there’s the problem of interpretation, and you’ve got some churches, some people, basically doing things and saying it comes from here, but it doesn’t. And then on the opposite end of the spectrum you’ve got blue, you’ve got the Democrats, and they’re, like, ‘You can do whatever you want.’ Gay marriage, whatever. But neither of them is right.” So began the damage control. Elizabeth Snead at the Daily Dish reports the aftermath: According to Perez Hilton, the New Yorker piece is dead wrong. He quotes a source close to Prince as saying that the New Yorker piece is “grossly misquoted” and all wrong. …. But the New Yorker stands by its story. Prince’s anti-gay statement is already reverberating around Los Angeles’ gay community. At Train, a popular West Hollywood gym, openly gay spin instructor Tevia Celli told her packed Sunday morning class that she had removed all Prince songs from her playlists.
Happy ******* New Year” As Lady GaGa Strips And Rocks Miami. Lady GaGa brought her “Monsters Ball” tour to Miami on New Year’s Eve, then played to a packed house at a VIP-only after-party on South Beach. GaGa, who’s debut album ‘The Fame’ continues to rock the billboard charts, started the night with a performance at the James L. Knight Center in Miami Beach. AHN was there as GaGa moved from the concert to the outdoors after-party at the posh Fountainbleau Resort on South Beach. More than 2,000 people paid between $350 to $35,000 for tables and bottle service and a chance to see GaGa perform three intense sets complete with wardrobe changes. VIP guests partied in pool section and enjoyed an open bar stocked with Belvedere vodka and Patron tequila. Guests flew in from Philadelphia, Montreal, and even Europe for the end of the year bash. NFL football stars and Hollywood starlets like Hayden Panettiere from NBC’s ‘Heroes’ had table service and several stars from HBO’s ‘Entourage’ even booked a room at the hotel. After midnight, GaGa appeared and wished the cheering crowd a “happy ******* New Year.” “I just had my first concert in Miami, so it was like a first date,” GaGa admitted. “So this is like a second date and we can **** and I won’t feel like a slut in the morning.” “I have the best ******* fans in the world. For those of you who are here, I love you!” GaGa added between sets. After the show, GaGa and her back-up dancers partied in an even more exclusive VIP section above the main pool deck. She stripped down into her all-black panties and bra while she partied with celebrity gossip columnist Perez Hilton. After an hour parting outside, GaGa and Hilton were escorted by security into the Fountainbleau’s ultra-exclusive LIV Nightclub where they kept the action going until well after 3:00 am. For those who missed her first event in the Magic City, GaGa will be performing again on January 2 in Miami before she flies out to Orlando and continues her sold-out world tour.
Before there was Roman Polanski, there was Errol Flynn. Before David Letterman, Charlie Chaplin.
Some people feel reality TV contestants allow themselves to be over-exposed. But not usually this over-exposed. A female auditioner on Tuesday night’s episode of “So You Think You Can Dance” was so elated when judge Little C told her she was going to Vegas, she rolled around on the floor. Only it appears she wasn’t wearing any underwear. In a slow-motion video grab posted on Continue reading →
