Taylor Swift’s dad sells her T’shirts at her shows.The 21-year-old country singer’s father Scott is her biggest fan and likes to be heavily involved at her concerts to show his support for his famous daughter. Taylor explained: ‘My dad is adorably optimistic, positive, pie-in-the-sky. He thinks every new song I write is my best. He sells T-shirts at my merchandise stands and hands out guitar picks to fans.’ Many fans have met Scott while at Taylor’s shows, and said how friendly he is. One US fan, Emily, told how she met the former stockbroker at a concert in Washington DC. She wrote on a fan site in June this year: ‘ got pit passes and met Scott (Taylor’s dad for anyone unaware) He came out and gave us guitar picks then my friend and I talked to him for a minute or two by the soundbooth during ‘Hey Stephen’. ‘ was so close to hugging Taylor but she had to turn around and go the other way to get back to the actual stage. But I touched her hand at one point during the show. And she looked right at me during ‘Fifteen’ on the moving stage.’
Taylor also told how she takes elements of her mother’s personality into her onstage persona too.
She said: ‘Mom is a planner, an organiser. She’s very strong and practical. She’s the person that’ll tell me if I ever start to change my personality. The balance of the two of them created my personality.’
Kate Gosselin’s Kids Expelled From School For Having “Rage Issues”. Two of Kate Gosselin’s sextuplets have been expelled from their Pennsylvania private school. Collin and Alexis are now being home schooled after allegedly misbehaving at school. According to In Touch, the kids were expelled from the school for fighting with their classmates. A source said, “They’ve fought with their peers, called them nasty names and made fun of other kids. The things they are saying are not words they should know. They are learning them somewhere – but Jon [Gosselin, their dad] doesn’t know where.” All of the 6-year-old sextuplets are also said to be having “rage issues” linked to filming on their reality series “Kate Plus 8.” One of the girls was previously reported to be suspended from school for two weeks after hitting a classmate. A source added to the New York Post that Kate’s “number concern is protecting her children and is keeping this personal situation as a private matter that she works out with her kids.”

The My Chemical Romance singer has coloured his locks bright pink ahead of the release of his group’s fourth album ‘Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys’, and admits his change of image was a deliberate move to save the group from being categorised with other older musicians. He said: ”m happier, but I think in some odd ways more rebellious. “In some ways the colour is more rebellious, even if it’s self-rebellion, there’s no big, secret, hidden enemy. “We’re in our 30s and we’re in a rock band and you see things start to happen with bands at that period of life. I think it was a rebellion against that, against being brought into that whole modern rock thing.” The 33-year-old star also admitted the group’s introduction of more colour in their wardrobe away from the blacks which dominated their look around their last album ‘The Black Parade’ was a gradual move. Jane Fonda Reveals Breast Cancer Scare. Jane Fonda had a cancer scare a few weeks ago during a routine checkup. Luckily, the small tumor found in her breast turned out to be non-invasive. ETonline.com reports that the Academy Award-winning actress discovered the tumor during a routine checkup. She is now cancer free after undergoing a surgery a few days ago to remove the tumor.
Her rep told People magazine “She’s 100 percent cancer-free. She’s completely fine and it’s business as usual for her.”
At 72, Fonda is defending her workout queen title. She is currently promoting her new Primetime Fitness DVDs, which is set to hit stores November 30. The new aerobics brand will also feature fitness experts in a series of DVDs that will be released on December 26.
Club Demands Kardashian Sisters To Return $25,000 Fee. The Kardashian sisters are being asked to return their fee for staying less than the required hours at a club. Kim, Khloe and Kourtney were at Pacha in New York for the launch of their new prepaid MasterCard on Tuesday night, but club bosses are demanding that they return their $25,000 fee. According to Page Six, the club paid MasterCard for the reality show trio to grace its red carpet for three hours as per their contract, but they “stayed for just 45 minutes then left.” The furious organizers called them and demanded that they come back. They did not fill out their contractual obligations to be there for three hours. We also paid Khloe’s travel fees. We would like a refund.” The debit card, which bears the “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” stars’ facs, costs members $99.95 a year, which could earn the girls millions if their fans sign up. Their rep told Page Six, “The girls did all the press and meet-and-greets they were obligated to do.
