Pixie Lott likes British fashion best.

The Brit songstress is famed for her quirky style, and is currently working on her third collaboration with glam clothing brand Lipsy.

The 20-year-old says although American fashion is very glam, she prefers the more edgier, casual look that her native girls sport.

‘L.A. girls have a different sense of style. They look glam and groomed all the time. But I prefer British fashion. It’s much more individual, very cool and we’re great at being kooky and fun!’ she said in an interview with Closer magazine.

The British singer says America is best for shopping however, as the clothes are cheaper. Pixie loves shopping in boutiques in London but sometimes the pieces are too expensive.

‘There are lots of boutiques in London, but the bargains are in America. Brands like Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren and Levi’s are cheaper over there,’ she revealed.

Pixie says she can’t live without accessories and relies on them to constantly update her look. The blonde beauty has also revealed her fashion ‘guilty pleasure’.

‘Jewellery,’ she said when asked what her must-have item is. ‘ wear rings every day, on all my fingers, and layer loads of necklaces. And UGG boots are my guilty pleasure.’

Lady Gaga is to launch her own perfume.  Lady Gaga is the latest star to get her own perfume. Plans are underway for a Lady Gaga fragrance to be released in 2012. The Gaga scent will be created by Coty Inc, makers of fragrances for Calvin Klein and Adidas. Coty will release the perfume under Lady Gaga’s name. Of course, Lady Gaga is far from the first celeb to have a fragrance.

Donna Karan, Kelly Ripa, InStyle To Host Super Saturday 13. Fashion designer Donna Karan, InStyle editor Ariel Foxman, and Kelly Ripa will be hosting Super Saturday 13, the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund’s 13th annual celebration, on July 31. The event will include the highly anticipated fashion garage sale. Super Saturday 13 will be set up to benefit OCRF. It will be a family-oriented, daylong fundraiser that will feature kids’ carnival and activities, a luxury raffle and gourmet treats. The fashion garage, once dubbed the Rolls Royce of garage sales, will include merchandise from over 200 renowned designers and brands such as Donna Karan, theory, Carolina Herrera, Catherine Malandrino, Charlotte Ronson, Calvin Klein, Diane von Furstenberg, Elizabeth & James, Ralph Lauren, and Giorgio Armani. The special Super Saturday Accessories Salon will feature luxury accessories. Past designers who participated included Emilio Pucci, Tory Burch, and Louis Vuitton. Stylist Rachel Zoe is also set to open her booth, Designers A to Zoe, for the third consecutive year. It will feature merchandise from Chloe, Derek Lam, Temperley London, Judith Leiber, Kara Ross, Giuseppe Zanotti, Oscar de la Renta, and Stella McCartney.Tickets are priced at $450 each for regular passes, $650 for preview for adults, and $150 for kids ages 5-16. Kids under 5 are admitted free.

The spread appears in the 38th edition of the magazine, which is also the July/August 2010 issue. Photographer Sebastian Kim is behind the lens for ‘Heat It Up’ in Numero Tokyo, which sees a writhing Edita Vilkeviciute shot in an industrial setting while flaunting brand names. After her discovery, she signed to Women Management in Milan, and later, VIVA in Paris in 2006.Her runway debut was at Just Cavalli for the spring/summer 2007 shows. She later walked for Paul Smith, Preen, and Marios Schwab in London. She made a comeback after not participating in fashion weeks at Milan and New York at the spring/summer 2008 Paris fashion week, walking for Balenciaga, Chanel, Dries van Noten, Miu Miu, and Louis Vuitton. Fr 5/21: Ashton Kutcher, Larry Miller, Michael Ammar, Brooks & Dunn with Reba McEntire on the LATE SHOW WITH DAVID LETTERMAN, CBS . Ashton Kutcher: Having acquired legions of loyal female followers with his portrayal of the ever-horny and dimwitted Kelso in the popular television comedy series That 70s Show, it may come as a surprise that male model-turned-actor Ashton Kutcher ironically majored in biochemical engineering at the University of Iowa before his “discovery” in an Iowa bar and subsequent stint on the catwalk for such fashion industry luminaries as Versace and Calvin Klein. Born in Cedar Rapids, IA, along with a fraternal twin named Michael, Kutcher was bitten by the acting bug in high school. Balancing his love for the stage with his talent for wrestling before gravitating toward the former in such high school productions as +Annie, Kutcher worked numerous odd jobs during his tenure at the University of Iowa before winning the Fresh Faces of Iowa contest in 1997 and heading for New York. Competing in that same year’s International Model and Talent Agency competition before being signed to the next agency, Kutcher relocated to Los Angeles the following year and soon landed his breakthrough role on That 70s Show. Though he had small roles in Down to You and Reindeer Games (both 2000), Kutcher’s first major big-screen role was in Dude, Where’s My Car? Despite receiving only a lukewarm reception from critics, positive audience turnout ensured that Just Married would nevertheless hold on to a position in the box office top-ten for nearly a month after its release. Though My Boss’s Daughter failed to stir up much at the box-office, the one-two punch of his immensely popular MTV prank show Punk’d and a high-profile romance with Demi Moore shot Kutcher’s celebrity stock through the roof in 2003. He subsequently closed out the year with a self-depricating role in the holiday hit Cheaper by the Dozen. 2004 saw Kutcher trying his hand at drama once again with the supernatural thriller The Butterfly Effect. Though the reviews were mixed, the film had its share of fans among critics and went on to makeup its budget more than three-times over. Kutcher continued finding success on the small-screen by producing the series Beauty and the Geek. In 2005 he teamed with Bernie Mac for the racial comedy Guess Who, but audiences and critics ignored his romantic comedy A Lot Like Love with Amada Peet. 2006 found Kutcher trying his hand at more action oriented fare teaming up with Kevin Costner for The Guardian, and lending his voice to the animated film Open Season along with Martin Lawrence.

It’s great to be constantly required to throw all caution to the wind and play someone so wild.”

CFDA Names Beyonce As Official Face Of Fashion For Haiti Shirt. Beyonce has been named the official face of The Council of Fashion Designers of America’s “Fashion for Haiti” t-shirt. The benefit tee is the U.S. fashion industry’s response to the Haitian earthquake. Beyonce said, “Join me and the fashion industry by buying and wearing the Fashion for Haiti t-shirt. Together we can send a message of hope by raising much needed funds for the people of Haiti.” Fashion designers Betsy Johnson, Calvin Klein, Donna Karan, Diane von Furstenberg, Kenneth Cole, Vera Wang, Tommy Hilfiger, Ralph Lauren, Tory Burch, and more join the campaign to promote the $25 shirt. Von Furstenberg, CFDA President, said, “The tragedy in Haiti has affected everyone and most of us individually have given money for relief. However, I think it is important to send a message and create a channel for funding from fashion as an industry.”  The white shirt bears a black and lime graphics designed by Peter Arnell. The sleeve will have the Fashion for Haiti slogan and the inside color will have the CFDA print. Proceeds from the sale will benefit the Clinton Bush Haiti Fund. Pop star Lady Gaga, whose fashion sense has garnered as much attention as her hit songs (cue “Poker Face” for the umpteenth time, please), will receive the Stylemaker Award from designer Marc Jacobs at the 13th annual Accessories Council Excellence Awards. The event, which takes place Monday at Cipriani 42nd Street in New York, also pays tribute to Diane von Furstenberg, Zappos.com, Burberry and, um, Barbie, who will receive the Fashion Icon award for, one supposes, providing such a realistic image of the feminine form to young girls for decades. Other presenters at the event include Calvin Klein, Betsey Johnson, Molly Sims and “Gossip Girl” designer Eric Daman. A full list of honorees is after the break, but … Barbie? Really?
