Brooke Mueller

Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife arrested in Colorado

Brooke Mueller, the ex-wife of actor Charlie Sheen, was arrested early Saturday in Colorado and charged with assault and cocaine possession, police reported. Just before midnight on Friday, police encountered a woman at a bar and performance venue in Aspen called the Belly Up, who claimed that Mueller was “the aggressor” in an assault, according to a news release from the Colorado city’s police department.

Shortly later, Mueller, 34, was found at another bar, Escobar, Aspen police said. She was arrested with more than 4 grams of cocaine. Mueller was charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, which is a felony, and third-degree assault, a misdemeanor.

After posting $11,000 bond, Mueller was released. A court date has been set for Dec. 19.

Mueller has appeared in several movies, but is perhaps best known for her rocky marriage to Charlie Sheen. The two share custody of young twin boys.

The boys and Mueller played a leading role in Sheen’s volatile and public fall-out with CBS earlier in 2011, which ultimately led to his dismissal from the hit comedy series “Two and a Half Men.”

In March, Mueller claimed Sheen threatened to kill her. Sheen downplayed the allegations and said they were “colorful.”

Mueller has sought treatment for substance abuse and stress related issues in the past.

It is unclear where the two boys were at the time of Mueller’s arrest.

No Rehab for Charlie Sheen.

Charlie Sheen Won’t Be Checking Into Rehab. Charlie Sheen seems to have escaped all of the media madness recently after the Mel Gibson story stole the headlines. Now, it seems Sheen will be avoiding a full rehab stint as well.
According to our source, Sheen will not have to officially check into his rehab stay to complete his 30-day jail sentence because the “Two and a Half Men” star has been completing the terms of his sentence for the last several weeks. Sheen reached a plea bargain in connection with his domestic violence case in Aspen in August. Yale Galanter, Sheen’s attorney, arranged for the actor to attend the Promises rehab center in Malibu and it will count as time served.  The original plan was for Sheen to officially check into Promises, but the plan has changed with Sheen’s new deal to include aftercare for the next couple of months. Some of those aftercare times will even include Sheen bunking at the facility. Our source told us, “It’s an ongoing process for Charlie.” As soon as the case heads back to court in November, Charlie will be able to show that he has completed his mandatory 30-day sentence several times over.

I look forward to complying with the court’s decision, getting on with my life and putting this behind me.” Sheen, 44, is expected to be back at work on the set of his CBS sitcom Tuesday for the first episode of the new season. Brooke Mueller Sets The Record Straight With In Touch Weekly

Brooke Mueller Sets The Record Straight With In Touch Weekly. Rumors have been running wild with the story of Charlie Sheen and wife, Brooke Mueller, after Sheen reportedly threatened her with a knife on Christmas. Rumors of past drug abuse, current relapses and other tales have been floating around Hollywood for weeks now. Brooke, 32, gave an exclusive interview to In Touch Weekly, as she hopes to set the record straight.  She tells In Touch, “There are so many lies out there.”  The mother of twins was rushed to the hospital on January 20 after she came down with a dangerous fever after having her wisdom teeth removed. She delayed the surgery because of the stress over Charlie’s court date. It was not, as some speculated, because she had been drinking too much.   “The infections and pneumonia are what caused the shutting down of her organs,” her mother, Moira Fiore, tells the magazine. “Brooke was very sick.”   After Brooke was released from the hospital on January…, she checked herself into the Two Dreams facility in North Carolina. The rumors quickly multiplied and grew wilder because of her problems with the actor.  Rumors even began to circulate that Mueller’s friends brought drugs to her in the ICU. “This is ridiculous!” says her outraged mom. “There were tubes down her throat – how in the world would anyone in this position do drugs?”  Rumors also began that Mueller attended rehab during her pregnancy with her twins, 11-month-old sons Bob and Max, “It’s so horrible to say,’ Moira adds. “She would never put her boys at risk.”
