The Seahawks suffered a setback before Sunday’s game even started, and not just because running back Julius Jones missed his second consecutive game because of a bruised lung. Seattle’s setback comes from the absence of Richie Incognito, who can always be counted on to commit a penalty or three against the Seahawks. You remember Incognito, the guy with a hot head, who contributed at least 25 yards to the Seahawks’ cause in the season-opener. Well, he’s among St. Louis’ inactives. His absence is Seattle’s loss.
